Kids First is a programme that is twofold :

1 - Kids First Divorce Mediation : looks at assisting parents of divorcing (or divorced) families, so as to see them place the children first on the priority list. Assisting the children's voice to be heard above the noise of the situation and make sure their needs are realised and well represented. From working on Parenting Plans to Divorce Safari a programme specially designed to assist children through the process. Kids First will be true to its name by making sure the children have what they need to go through the process, being empowered with skills that will see them not being another statistic.

Blended Families : we look at coming alongside merging families and assisting them is blending into a brand new family, while keeping their external connections intact. We focus on the children and offer tools that make it a little easier in dealing with situations as a Step Parent. It's all about working together, toiling new ground with tools that will assist the new family to grow, be watered and flourish!

2 - Kids First Life Skills : looks at assisting children in their already very pressured world, by equipping them with skills that will assist them in dealing with the various challenges they may face in life. Its Life Coaching that focuses on them running their race, at their pace, doing the best they can according to their unique gift and talents, and sets them up for victory. Statistics show us the frightening figures of childhood suicides and children are facing increasing pressure without the knowledge on how to process things or how to handle what is thrown their way. Without the correct internal framework in place, the outside pressures children are bombarded with, can easily cause them to implode. This is where we step in and "up-skill" the children with what they need to glide the thermals and be First in their race!
